The process for our custom dolls begins as soon as the customer places an order. The making of the dolls starts after the customer is informed on what they should do and they send us reference pictures accordingly. The customer is kept in touch with until the shipment is done and is also provided with some pictures of the doll while in the making. The making of a custom doll takes about a month but the time range may change depending on the required craftsmanship.The shipping process has two steps. On the first step, the dolls are shipped from Ankara, Turkey to Istanbul, Turkey. And, on the second step the dolls get sent to the customer's given address. Only the second step's tracking code is shared with the customer. The shipment takes a week at max before reaching the buyer.
